Our Project Funders

Our "Planning for a Sustainable Economic Future" project has been made possible by the generous financial support of Shell Canada, the Alberta Real Estate Foundation, and the Town of Pincher Creek.  

In 2010, SASCI received a Rural Community Adaptation Program grant of $246,095 from the Government of Alberta.  This grant enabled a wide range of internal capacity-building initiatives and community programs, including the Governance Capacity-Building Program, the Community Values Assessment, the Land Use Planning Public Engagement Process, and more.

In 2008, Alberta Ecotrust provided a $7,500 grant to assist in the delivery of SASCI's Land Use Planning Public Engagement Process.
